The oil still isn't here, and NOAA predicts that it will not reach landfall in FL in the next 72 hours. That is great for FL and all of the wildlife.. but not for me because I really wanted to help out.. and since it is not dire circumstances down here yet... OSHA and all of the other government and regulatory agencies have had time to stand around and think about how to make everything more difficult- meaning, no volunteers are allowed to be anywhere near the oil, training class or not. :(
