If you didn't know.... I LOVE McDonalds. Always have, always will, until the day my arteries clog for good and I go to that great big McDonalds in the sky.
Anyways, I had not had fast food for about 3 weeks, but I have recently found myself in a downward spiral of not working out and eating candy and chips... so I decided to go for broke and go to McDonalds while I was running errands.
I had to choose which McDonalds to visit... the one by my house? or the one that the Garmin said I was closest to at the time? I ended up opting to find this new McDonalds in Columbia, MD. As I pulled into the parking lot, I gazed into the shopping center... and low and behold what did I see? (Angles singing hallelulah in the background) A WAL-MART!!!! My GPS did not know there was a Wal-Mart there.. neither did yellowpages.com, but there it was and only 15 minutes away from my apartment! I had recently believed that the closest one was 45 minutes away. Thanks to my McDonalds craving, I found my other guilty pleasure. All is right in the world again. :)

I don't get it. There are places where it is hard to find a walmart?!?!
not in the Midwest that's for sure! this actually isnt the first time I have had a hard time finding one.. very few in LA and Seattle too!
