Reno, NV

We woke up this morning, had continental breakfast at the motel, and found out that the motel did not have any hot water! We couldn't take showers, so we got the room for 50% off! Sweet, huh? Anyways, we drove straight to Reno and got here about 12:30 pm. For the short trip here, I got 35.2mpg!We checked in and unpacked in the 95 degree heat. Yes, it is very hot. Our place is pretty cool. The pool has a waterfall in it, and this apartment is the best yet. However, the apartment complex forget we were moving in today, and our place was not cleaned. So we swept the floors and washed everything ourselves. Luckily, it wasn't too bad.
Like I said, this apartment is the best yet. We have a huge bathroom with a big round tub, a full-size washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of large parking places, and a ton more storage than the last place! We even have a big walk-in closet. Right now, we are getting our cable hooked up, and later we are going to explore. Right now, it is very, very smoky outside because the smoke has blown over the mountains from the CA wildfires. It is so hazy that it is almost like living in Seattle! I will post pictures of our trip later.
