gingerbread houses

Ok, so we will probably not win. Not that our aquarium gingerbread house isn't great (because it is) but here are some pictures of the other entries.

Some of them are pretty amazing! It makes me want to be here next here so that I can do this again. Kraig is here again for the weekend, and he went with me to the NIH to see all of the houses. I also showed him around the hospital a little and gave him a taste of the security procedures that I have to go through to get into work. He tells me that I can't even start talking until the security guards start carrying machine guns (as he says they do at the nuclear plant).
Anyways, Kraig thinks that it would be fun to decorate a gingerbread house every year for Christmas as a new family tradition. I couldn't agree more!
