Today I met up with Rachelle in Saugatuck. We have not seen each other for a long time.. but we had the best day! Saugatuck is such a great little city. We started by eating at a restaurant on the channel called The Mermaid. My sandwich was very tasty, and Rachelle enjoyed her fish tacos (once they remembered to bring out the fish for them). It was hilarious when she was first served them. She was forking through the taco like.. ummm, this looks good but I don't know where the fish is! ha! We had fun catching up and never stopped laughing. After eating, we walked around all of the little shops. There were so many cute things that I could have spent at least $1000 that day! There were fun cooking and wine stores, clothes shops, jewelry stores, and home decor shops. We finished off the day with ice cream. It really felt like no time had passed between us, and I hope to hang out again soon!
