Today kraig and I went to Sea World! I love Sea World, and it was decorated for Christmas... We saw all of the shows and sat in ths Splash Zone for each one. We really got soaked at the Shamu Show. The sea lion show was great as usual. There were actually 2 different sea lion shows.. the normal one and the Christmas one. It was great! The pet show was awesome too! We saw the polar bears, penguins, fflamingos, manatees, and touched the sting rays... all things that I must do when I go to Sea World! We spent most of the day at the park but missed the special Christmas Shamu show at night because we had gotten cold. We may go back since we bought a season pass. It was the same price as a daily pass- so we could not pass it up!

Have you heard anything more on Florida? I wonder if you will be able to get a resident discount for Disney.
ha... i dont know if we are considered residents since we have a MI drivers license.. how does that work?
I'm not quite sure. When we lived there back in the 80's we got an annual pass at a special ticketing booth on the resort itself. (The big parking lot) But I'm not sure what proof of residency they require, whether you have to have Florida ID or if a utility bill will suffice. Granted an annual pass may not be for you though. Although you can go anytime in the 365 days from the first time that you use them, I'm not sure if you will be going that much to justify what I'm sure is quite a few hundred dollars. I'd bet you it's around $600 or $700 each by now. But I do believe they offer FL discounts on their normal ticket prices-1-DAY and Multi-DAY, and resort packages.
good to know! yah Sea World was $65/person for one day.. I couldn't believe it!
