Wyoming

Well today we made it to Rock Springs, WY. WY is pretty cool because there will be nothing but flat land and then mountains and hills, and then bam! you reach a big city with tons of lights just sitting down in a valley. We ate at Pizza Hut buffet (they exist out here too) in North Platte, NE, Then we almost ran out of gas and just barely made it to a stop in Elk Mountain, WY. Then we were on our way again. We have been making pretty good time. The worst part is that our Nextel cell phones have not really had a signal since last night! I have now confirmed what I learned a few years ago, the only radio stations you can get out here inthe boondocks are country and Christian! I did discover NPR though. Also, from some country songs, I have learned a couple of profound things such as "Walking is easy when the ground is flat." and "A life not lived is still lost." I pondered those for awhile. Also, Nebraska is the home of Arbor Day. Well, hopefully the weather will keep holding up for us, I have heard that we got out of Niles just in time! If it makes you guys feel any better, it is only like 8 degrees here!
