am I allowed to celebrate Labor Day if I don't have a job?

Hmm.. well, I am working on finding a job- so that counts. Yesterday, I had an interview at the University of Notre Dame to work in their health center. I thought that it went well. It would be pretty cool to work there- they actually have a mini hospital wing! However, I am not sure if I am ready to stop traveling. So many places to see, so little time!
Anyways, today the fam headed over to my uncle's house on Bass Lake for an early Labor Day celebration. He is fixing up an old bar into his home. It is a huge place and it was really fun to go there for the get together! I could handle living on a lake. We had good food- especially the Chex Mix provided by my grandma. We played some pool and some badminton. Then Kraig started fishing, and I tried to. Kraig was happy because he loves to fish. I was happy fishing with him aside from the fact that a bunch of worms were a little too close for my comfort.
Anyways, Kraig and my uncle took the boat out and disappeared for awhile. trying to catch a "whopper." It turned out to be a really fun day.
Now I can't help but look at all the foreclosed properties on the many lakes around here that are up for sale. hmm, Now all I need to do is convince Kraig- perhaps a little more fishing will do the trick!
