laundry

Yesterday, I finally got our laundry done. There are community washers and dryers in the apt. complex, but you see.. there is a problem. You have to put money on a card with your credit card and then use the credit card to pay the laundry machines. Well, the person that lived here before us left some money on her card.. so last week, I went and put two loads of laundry in the washer with her money. But I did not have enough to pay the dryer, so I tried to put more money on the card. It was out of order! and has not worked for a whole week. So I had to hang my clothes on our patio and throughout the apt to dry them! well, i went to an actual laundromat yesterday and got the job done. do you know that they do not take $20s?? Oh well, it's over. Last night we ate at a Japanese restaurant called Kabuki. Kraig ate a bunch of different types of seafood and was very, very happy. Me- I picked one of the three meals they had that did not contain seafood.... so I was not very happy! My food still tasted good though. Then we went shopping in downtown Burbank. I got a wallet with whales on it. Oh yah.. it is awesome.
